What is Eat Inn?
Eat Inn is a platform that makes hotel restaurants available to anyone, in an agile, simple and immediate way, with a fixed price in advance, per person and meal.
Restaurant or Buffet?
You can enjoy choosing from the menu of the restaurants, the dishes that you most want, prepared by the best Chefs, or make it more dynamic and fun, creating your own combinations from among a large selection of products in the Buffets. In either of the two options you will always know the price in advance, but the way to taste it is up to you.
BOOKING
How can I book at Eat Inn?
1.Explore our list of hotel restaurants. You can select restaurants or buffets.
2.Once you have chosen a hotel restaurant, select a date and food service (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) and the desired time, make your reservation by pressing the Reserve button.
3.Go to the hotel, presenting the confirmation email you received after purchasing your meal at Eat Inn. Bon appetite!
How can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation can be canceled at any time, free of charge, before the time of
opening of the restaurant for the service you have chosen. Once the service has started
cannot be canceled or refunded.
How can I modify my reservation?
You can go to your profile, in the “My Reservations” section, cancel the reservation and make a
new. You will not be able to modify your reservation after the opening hour of the
restaurant for the service you have chosen.
Can I book by mail or by phone?
The only possible way to make a reservation is through our platform, eatinn.net
Can I book if I am a minor?
Only one person of legal age can be the owner of the reservation. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
The date I want to book is not available
If the date, meal or time you want to reserve at Eat Inn can not be selected, it is
because there are no slots available, or the service itself is not available.
If I can't find my reservation email, what can I do?
Go to «My profile», under «My reservations» choose the reservation and press the button resend by e-mail.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
After the purchase you will receive an email confirming the reservation,you must
show it upon arrival at the hotel/restaurant. You can also check your profile in the “My Reservations” section
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
Pets are not allowed.
We are a group.
By default, each reservation will be taken for a table, for example if a reservation is made for 5, it will be considered as a table for 5 people. In case you want to join two reservations at the same table or reserve for a group, please specify it under “message” when confirming your reservation
PAYMENT
Is the price for 1 or more people?
Meal prices are always per person.
Are the prices all taxes included?
Yes, all the prices you will see in Eat Inn have all taxes and fees included.
How to pay at EAT INN?
You can pay from your mobile device with a (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp) credit or debit card through our payment gateway integrated into the platform.
